  Looking for a quality dentist for somebody with a new fear of dental work About 1.5ish years ago I had an absolutely horrible experience (pain and service wise) at Cooper Dentistry in Little Rock with Dr. Ali. I've never had an issue with a dentist before, but after dealing with her and the quality of her care I haven't worked up the nerve to find anybody else. Anybody have any great experiences to recommend? I honestly probably just need to get a valium prescription or man up more than anything.

He lets you know the options, and has never done more than we agreed upon. Even the kids like him. The office is plain, not fancy...his staff is really nice.
