  Shaker friends: Can you recommend a good hardwood contractor? We need our stairs, hallway and master bedroom done. One contractor I've spoken with doesn't touch the stair risers (?). Wouldn't make sense to have the treads done before the risers are sanded, etc. Any recommendations are welcome.
