Please read my T&C's carefully before purchasing from Elephant on a cloud, by purchasing you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this facebook page, and my instagram page and by accessing this page and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this page. These terms and conditions abide by The consumer contract regulations. You are welcome to print or store these terms for your own records.
Elephant on a cloud own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this page, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this page, without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it for anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on Elephant on a cloud, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. When an order is placed with Elephant on a cloud you will be send an invoice detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors (such as colours, spellings, sizes etc).
Prices.
Prices are subject to change at any time, but are correct at the time of posting. Any glitches, typos or errors are not required to be honoured. If an error is discovered at any time with regards to the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you at the earliest convenience, and give you the option to amend your order to the correct price, or cancel your order all together. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date. All prices are in pounds (£) and do not include postage unless stated otherwise.
Payment
Paypal via goods is the method we recommend you make payment by, as this offers protection for your purchase. However we can offer bank transfer payments, or cash from local customers if required. Cheques or postal orders are NOT accepted. Payment must be made prior to your goods being made, unless stated otherwise.
Any contract for purchases made through the page will be with Elephant on a cloud. Elephant on a cloud must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Our items are all handmade to order (unless stated otherwise) and once payment has been made please allow 7-21 working days for it to be completed. Although we endeavour to complete within 7 days. If you require an order for a specific deadline, please specify as we can often accommodate these requirements.
All items are delivered at the minimum using Royal Mail signed for, we always obtain proof of postage. We can not offer standard delivery as the value of the product is more then £20 and if we did we would not be able to make a claim against Royal Mail should anything go wrong in the delivery of your parcel.
Should your order not arrive, please contact Elephant on a cloud, a full refund or replacement will be offered once a complaint has been completed with Royal Mail.
We ensure all items are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund. A refund will be issued once the item has been received back at Elephant on a cloud.
All returns must be returned with ample protective packaging to ensure a safe return, a senders address, and must be sent via royal mail signed for, proof of postage must be obtained. A refund or replacement will only be issued once the item has been received by us in the condition the sender received it.
Under the consumer contract regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional. Please note this does NOT apply to anything that has been personalised as this cannot be sold on.
If you wish to return an item please notify in writing (page messages/email is fine) We will then process your return.
Please note there will be no returns on sale items.
Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.
Returning
Custom Items: Custom made items are exempt from the consumer contract regulations, the only exception being is if they're faulty.
We endeavour to offer the best customer service possible, and if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as we aim to have very happy customers.
Please note that designs/materials are subject to availability, where requested if we do not have the exact materials to achieve the design requested, a suitable alternative will be used, we endeavour to notify our customers of these changes, but reserve the right not to. Please note that colours/designs of items may appear differently from what photographs display, due to filters, lighting, and photo edits. We do not offer refunds (partial or full) for this.
