  Can anyone recommend a good painter to me? I am looking for someone who can paint my rental at 628 Lakeshore Blvd, which is completely empty. I would like to paint the entire inside the same color on the walls and white ceilings. I can be reached at (972) 294-1197. We have not found a renter yet, so if anyone knows of anyone looking, we are asking $1350 per month - Septic and HOA's paid for by me - all other utilities will be the renters responsibility.
