  Can anyone recommend vets that deal direct with your insurers to claim their fees. Does Vet4Pets in St James? Turns out mine make you pay up front and you have to claim it back yourself which would be fine if I had the £600 needed for her treatment but I got insurance because I knew I'd unlikely have savings. Never occurred to me that I would have to pay so much up front. Thank you all.

  http://www.catandrabbit.co.uk this is a brilliant vet specialises in bunnies worth the 20 min drive they have people travel from all over go there as they know all about how delicate and specialist bunnies are !
