  City Fit, child care is only $2, the ladies are lovely, it's about $15/week direct debit. Gym instructors are also awesome and they have a ladies only area and the new Playground.

  City Fit is the best especially for program support. Remember 80% of weight loss happens in the kitchen. It is complimented by your efforts in the gym.
