  Can you give an idea about geography you will consider? There are a number of peanut/tree nut free camps and/or allergy-aware camps. We do not maintain a list and do not endorse any camps, but having said that, here is an example of one that spells out their food allergy policies and procedures right on their website: http://www.campemerson.com/great-summer-camp-food.html
