Welcome to Costello Crafts I can make you the perfect artwork to suit the special person or occasion that you are shopping for. All artwork is made in my home in the Cotswolds . I have a passion for crafting and you can be guaranteed each piece will be unique and individually created with lots of attention to detail.
Your artwork will be created from Costello Crafts forever changing collection of paper, card and stunning materials . The exact materials used may differ from those seen in photos but the result will always be beautifully created in your chosen colour combination
Shipping
You should allow a maximum of 2-3 weeks from your order date to receive your personalised order. If an order is required by a specific date this should be communicated either at the time of ordering or via email . I can not guarantee the date that any item will arrive if ordered at short notice.
Orders will be sent by either Royal Mail or courier, the size of the order will denote which method is used.
Refunds and Exchanges
Costello Crafts personalised items are not refundable unless faulty. In then event of a faulty product please contact me and I shall rectify the problem swiftly.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Costello Crafts artwork is fragile and should be handled with care. To get the best out of your personalised artwork it should be keep out of direct sunlight and not hung above a radiator.
