  Looking for suggestions for two services. I'll be listing my house in Carver for sale soon. I am looking for a cleaning/maid service and a landscaper. For the cleaning service I'm looking for a thorough interior cleaning (just over 2k sq. ft.). By thorough I mean washing walls, cabinets and literally everything else. For the landscaper I'm looking for a thorough clean-up of the yard (just over an acre). By thorough I mean getting pine needles out of the mulch, small twigs picked up, etc. Both the house and the yard are already in decent shape and don't really NEED this but I want the place picture perfect. I am detail oriented and I'm willing to pay appropriately for similar detail oriented and respected services. Thanks in advance for any replies!
