  ISO Plumber who charges by the hour and not 'by the job'. My last plumber in Lutz charged by the 'job'. He arrived with a binder that had the charges for each repair that was done. Over $600 later, for 2 small 'jobs' and a drain clean out....and he was there less than an hour. I barely have enough hot water from a 40 gallon tank to take a 10 minute shower before it runs cold.
