  Hi Everyone, I'm in need of a dentist. I believe it's a problem with an implant I had put in years ago in Canada. Because of the complexity of my problem, I'm wondering if the local dentist is qualified. I've had people tell me the local dentist is good and others said go to Rivas and some recommend going to Managua. Just want to get the group's opinion on this. I don't really want to go all the way to Managua if I don't have to.
