I'm in the beginning stages of looking to find a contractor to paint the exterior of our house, and a contractor to replace some trim and put in soffits. Has anyone had any experience with anyone in either area -- good or bad? 2. A friend of mine is looking for a house sitter for two weeks over winter break. She needs someone to look after her dog, goat and another farm-type animal that escapes me at the moment (a cow?). There's no pay, but they can stay in the guest room and use the amenities. Needs to be reliable and trustworthy. Any recommendations?
