  The tiny house hotel in Portland (https://tinyhousehotel.com/) is the only thing I know of along those lines. There are a few tiny houses available for rental (the closest to Vancouver would be the 2 in Point Roberts) - see http://tinyhousevacations.com/ for more. A tiny house hostel is an amazing idea that I'd love to see!
