  Beginning of the year there was a burst pipe on the corner of 4th Avenue and 7th Street. Contractors came out eventually, repaired the pipe late at night. Since then the hole which was dug to get to pipe which was repaired has not been refilled. Who do I need to contact to fill the hole up? Last week a motorist nearly drove into the hole as this is not marked with tape etc.
