  ISO: Local, reasonably priced trainer to work with a horse a couple times per week in the pataskala area. Must be able to come to the barn that I board at. I took a horse on lease, thinking he was further along in training. He is wonderful on the ground, lunges, stands to be saddled, groomed, etc. But when you go to mount he acts like he might want to rear, then when on him he will walk for a while then decide to lock up and act like he wants to rear again. Looking for someone that is reasonably priced that can come out and work with him a few times and show me how to deal with this issue, because other than that he is a really nice horse. Thanks
