  John Mackrodt with AJ Home Inspections did ours before we bought a couple of years ago. He was a referral from a co-worker and did an excellent and thorough job for a reasonable rate. Even offered to do a wind mitigation study while he was out that ended up saving me about $500 on my homeowner's insurance. He's based out of Deland but travels all over the central Florida area. 386-527-0906
