Looking to see if anyone can recommend a good attorney, specializing in Construction. It's a long story, but it's a roof and attic that has had all the mold return in 9 months time worse than when we put our purchase agreement in contingent on all mold removed and roof fixed, short version. The seller hired roofer and roofer is not licensed, but also removed mold we are now finding out. I have Cystic Fibrosis which makes this all the worse for me. Now OSB is sagging, and 2 bedrooms have been leaking badly. Need help on what to do as I do not feel in less than 10 months time we should foot the bill for all this! Help!!
