Recommendations for a good therapist in the area? Iβm finally biting the bullet and want to try going to therapy just to see how it goes
TallSnatch replied:
Madora Howell.... I've been in therapy for over 20 years due to severe depression and anxiety. Madora is by far the best I've ever experienced! She gets down to the root cause of the issue which helps with more effective treatment. I highly recommend her https://www.baylaureltherapy.com/ Either way, good luck with your journey and congratulations on taking this important step πππ
Any good therapist/psychologist recommendations? Itβs for an individual person (not couples or children). Not worried about cost. Mostly focused on anxiety + PTSD.
Thank you all!

Does anyone know of a group like project Rex in the Greenville area that excepts medicaid?
Susan L. replied:
I am not familiar with anything of the Project Rex model up here. But there are various places that do therapy and/or social skills groups for kids with autism. Carolina Center for Counseling & Behavioral Interventions (cccbi.net), Family Restoration Counseling (http://www.familyrestorationcounseling.net/) and Jill Jones (https://www.facebook.com/MJillJones). Some of the ABA providers may also offer groups. Check with each of the above about medicaid and/or insurance coverage.
