  Who is the best solicitor to use for an option to buy. Its for a plot subject to planning, its a pretty big plot (15 houses) with a commercial building on it. Ive agreed terms and just need the paperwork done and the interest registered etc. I don't want to use people I have used before for this type of thing, for a few reasons, so looking for someone fresh but excellent!

We have a property which has five flats on one Freehold and is being split into five leases and one freehold. Need advice on how best to structure I.
