  About four months ago I terminated the managing agent who was looking after my two bedroom property in Central London (slow in passing rent along, didn’t protect deposit) and now the tenants have indicated they’d like to stay another year. . There are presently three women, one of which will be replaced by the new tenant. Can anyone recommend a service I can use to vet the new tenant? I’m aware of Tenant Referencing but also know Experian offer a similar service. .

  Hi Dave, we can provide bespoke landlord services including tenant referencing, tenant referencing with eviction legal cover, rent guarantees, AST's & deposit registration. Obviously there would be a fee to reference the tenant, but if I were you I would pass this on as an administration fee.
