  Can anyone recommend a mechanic who can do a vehicle check on a recently purchased car, specifically the brakes? Having had Arnold Clark sell me one unfit for purpose car just 6 weeks ago it appears their like for like replacement car is just as unfit! Brakes making a metal on metal grinding sound which rings alarm bells. Car being returned to Arnold Clark on Saturday morning but I'd really like an independent mechanic's opinion before it reaches their forecourt of fairytales and lies....! Thanks all
