  Can you help? "I'm hoping someone will be able to recommend a personal trainer who has worked with people who have had significant degenerative changes to both patellae due to maltracking (knees)? I think I would need someone who does physio too - but I don't know if its best through yoga or a dedicated physio. Thank you"
