  Can you help? "Hi everybody. I have only been given two weeks to find a place suitable and so I was wondering if anybody could help reccomend a local landlord or know of anyone letting a self contained double room/bedsit or studio/small 1 bed flat. i would rather rent privately but i will consider agencies if the rents and terms are reasonable and i can get a longer term tenancy rather than the usual 6 months with rooms etc. ideally i would like a self contained bedsit type room around the £400-£500 per month mark with a minimum 1 year tenancy agreement. i have the budget to go to £500 - £650 per month for a decent studio or small 1 bed flat but i would be looking for a minimum 3 year agreement on a studio or 1 bed as i will also be responsible for bills, council tax etc so i would be looking to know i dont have to uproot and move again in 12 months, obviously with rooms and bedsits this is not so much of an issue. please if anyone can reccomend anyone or knows of a decent double room.
