  Try Boggs Cooling & Heating (850) 939-2526 or (850) 664-5566. Don't know if they have a finance plan, but very reputable. Will do a free assessment and will not sell you more than you need. I researched about half a dozen companies before I went with Boggs and they did an exceptional job.
