  I'm employed as a facepainter at Chessington World of Adventures by Artistic Licence UK. I'm afraid I would be working at Chessington that day but Artistic Licence can provide face painters for events - their website is http://www.artisticlicenceuk.com/ or I could put you in touch with one of my managers if this is helpful!
