  Hi guys! Anyone know a dry cleaner in Cincinnati, OH, who would be capable of handling a couture wedding gown? Like, we're talking steel boning, beadwork, cotton batting, tulle underskirt, horsehair braid, Alencon lace, silk lining, silk peau de soie. Would really appreciate suggestions! After spending $800 on fabric and zillions of hours sewing, I'm not keen on taking it to the place in my hometown. (I'm shuddering over here as I remember my hand-stitched silk blouse getting permanent facing marks down the front at my local dry cleaner.....)

I have an old letter jacket from high school that needs to be cleaned, but I'll loose my mind if someone messes it up. I love Richie (B'way between 204 and 207) and I think he's great for most stuff, but he has screwed up a silk shirt or two, so I don't want to take this item to him. Also, I have just started using Alvin's 2000 Cleaners and they've been really nice with excellent service. I just haven't had any experience with them and more delicate items. Anyone?

  Madame Paulette is great. Cleaning is super expensive and they take out buttons and make you pay for them to be put back on. Their alterations are really reasonable though and highly recommend. slate cleaners are good and more reasonable. Lois cleaners are good too.
