  Hey everyone, I have a 1986 Helix and I am about to take it on a few long road trips this summer. Last year, I did a lot of cosmetic work like replacing the windscreen and painting a lot of the parts. Now I am working on mechanical stuff. I am mechanically inclined but not inclined in the time department. I am wanting to take it to my local Honda shop and get some work done. As far as I know, everything is original except the tires. I also put in a new battery last year. I assume some carb work needs to be done but what other things would everyone recommend to get done before I start taking 200+ mile trips this year?
