  Karen K. wrote: Not once, but TWICE!!! 10 years ago I asked this company to submit a bid for a kitchen renovation and they never responded. We waited for several years, and 10 years later we experienced a lack of response AGAIN!!! I e-mailed requesting the quote and it was only for demolition and installation of cabinetry. No counter tops, no sink, no under cabinet lighting. no black splash - NOTHING!!! i e-mailed again and asked if they were backed up or if we should move on. NO RESPONSE!!!! I have no idea how they stay in business. We were looking for a high-end renovation, and they had no interest in even quoting.
