Reposted from in a comments thread - The reason we designed our wing like it is and not a challenge style wing is because we wind tunnel tested the challenge wing, a flat 48 inch wing and our current wing. Our current wing won. It has the most down force , least amount of drag and weights less than the challenge wing that M7 sold (When we did all the testing in 2008) 48 flat wing was drag heavy and made the least amount of down force. You can watch the videos of wind tunnel testing on our YouTube channel sneedspeed1. And the data is posted on our website sneed4 speed.com
