  Some pieces are falling in place. Looking for a Los Angeles area kitchen/restaurant to execute an event in. One time, or with the potential for reoccurring. Obvious amenities required, as well as permitting etc. Please let us know if you or someone you know wants to host this pop up. Budget tbd. Thinking that a foie centric menu would be appropriate.

  When Ludo was doing pop ups, he used two places I can think of. One is permanently closed (Gram + Papas) and this one he used, too: http://www.lemonmoon.com One of the comments on YELP says: “It is a caf by chefs Josiah Citrin (Melisse) and Raphael Lunetta (JiRaffe) and is utterly splendid.” therefore .. who knows if they support you / your position. If they do ~ worth a try.
