  Rebel Bricks is downtown on G street next door to the art museum. They carry new and used LEGO in sets and bulk as well. They have tons of minifigures and even a build your own minifigure bin. They also have a building room and do birthday parties.

  I would rather spend a few extra $ and support local businesses than give WalFart any of my money. I think Rebel Bricks prices are pretty comparable depending on what you're looking for. Older LEGO will always be more - it only goes up in value.
