  Off to Australia in a week and a half (Sydney and Port Douglas). I'm aware of Grill'd- does anyone (either locals or past tourists) have any recommendations of good gf places to eat? Port Douglas is the place i'm most concerned about! Thank you!

  We went on our honeymoon last year & I was a bit concerned too, but you really don't need to be! Nearly all the restaurants we went in to were aware of how to prepare food suitable for coeliacs even if they didn't have anything gf on their menu. My favourite restaurant was Zinc (http://www.zincportdouglas.com/index.html), they had so many really tasty dishes & had plenty of gf options available. But if you head to Macrossan St and just wander up and down you'll easily find something you like. Have a great time, i'm so jealous :o)
