  Hi! I'm 33 and it was recently suggested I had alports from a biopsy. I am looking to connect with people in the Southern California area. She has said that alport's is not treatable and suggested there is no need for a second opinion or any follow up work. It's been very frustrating--I'm hoping some people could suggest doctors in Los Angeles who have been proactive.
