  Too aweful for words...Late yesterday a caring neighbour came to our clinic to report a case of abuse and negelct. Its one of the worst I have seen so far. We are assisting the authorities with their investigation and a criminal charge under the APA will be opened. There are two dogs on the property - no food, water or shelter and the injury to the one is horrendous. Thank the stars that so many caring Khayelitsha residents know how to get hold of us and trust us to do what needs to be done, BUT THESE DOGS SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN BORNE IN THE FIRST PLACE! We do not have re-homing facilities, so if anybody wants to take this on and offer these two beAutiful dogs sanctuary please call Tamsin on 084 778 1215. PLEASE,PLEASE SIGN OUR PETITION FOR MANDATORY STERILISATION! Go to www.samast.co.za to sign and if you can please fill out a debit form to help us with our mass sterilisation programme.
