  We rescued a German Shepherd from BARK Org in Ashland, Va and was given a free medical exam certificate. Since we don't live in Ashland they said most Veterinary offices honor the certificates because it's a rescue dog. So I called Western Branch Veterinary Hospital whom we have used for the last 13 years and spent thousands of dollars in the care of our dogs and explained the situation. They declined to honor the certificate. Wtf. I am now looking for a veterinary office that will honor this certificate because I think it says a lot about the facility if they don't support rescue organizations..... Does anyone have any suggestions of a veterinary facility that will honor the free check up because it will become our new vet?!?!?!?!!!!

I have been doing research, but I thought that you all might have some suggestions.
