  Where are you located? [Endless Beauty Lounge](http://www.endlessbeautyloungeottawa.com/) in Bells Corners is great for colour. Check them out on Facebook, they post a lot of before and after pics. They have very reasonable pricing and the owner/stylist is a little OCD, which translates into great colour.
