  We go to Dr. James Schacht, who opened his own practice a few years ago so he could incorporate holistic approaches to his work with animal wellness. We LOVE him and have been so happy with his calm, caring demeanor toward all our animals as well as his careful, holistic approach to treatment. It took me a years to find a good vet in the last town I lived in, and as soon as I found the perfect place, I had to move! Can anyone give be a recommendation for a vet in the area? Preferably one who does dental work, as my husky broke his canine. Price is important, but my biggest issue is finding a place that can handle a dog with extreme vet anxiety. The places I tried in my last town that I wasn't happy with weren't very good at handling a terrified dog. Which surprised me because I thought that was a common occurrence. Oh, I will also look into recommendations for vets in Clover or Rock Hill as well, since they are pretty close. If you could briefly tell me why you like the vet you are recommending, and how long you've been going there, that would be greatly appreciated a well. Thanks everyone!
