  NSR but I'm looking for someone who can cut my hair shaved like this (hair is a growing out pixie ATM) and do the design work in the 2nd pic. Bonus if you can color my longer top bright purple too (it will need to be bleached since I have blue in it).... Without charging me $200+. I'm not expecting it to be cheap but I can't do $200+.
