  Has anyone got experience, or know someone with experience, who can help with hanging a gallery photo wall that has to accommodate a chair rail that sticks out about ¾” from the wall above the couch? Removing the rail unfortunately is NOT an option and it hangs too high above the sofa to properly hang art that will look "right." It's almost like I have to install custom cut wood pieces into the plaster that will stick out ¾” from the wall where the frames would hang then hang the frames from the wood? Other suggestions?
