The benefit of that is with multiple local food joints under one roof and food court style seating, everyone will be happy. Two great food halls are Gotham West Food Hall http://gothamwestmarket.com/food-drink/ (about 15 minutes walk from Times Square) and Urbanspace Vanderbuilt (http://urbanspacenyc.com/urbanspace-vanderbilt/). If you like ramen, go to Ivan Ramen in the Gotham West Food Hall.
