I need recommendations again for a good ENT. My sinus headaches are finding no relief from decongestants and allergy meds...

1. http://www.tigerbalm.com/ 2. Put a *very* small dot on cheeks, forehead, and nose. Then spread. Get the white kind. Your face will turn red enough without adding to it by getting the red kind. 3. This stuff is STRONG! The adage, "You can always add more, but you can't always add less." definite applies to Tiger Balm. 4. Effect will be strongest if applied immediately after you get out of the shower - don't do this the first time, though! 5 Run some sort of HEPA air filter next to the bed at night. Give your mucus membranes a chance to recover from all the allergens. New Orleans area is notorious because the pollen producing plants don't die in winter.

If you use it twice a day, it will generally reduce the amount of allergens in your lower sinuses, to the point where your upper sinuses *should* open. Have you tried applying a small amount of tiger balm to your forehead/nose? Megadoses of Vitamin C can help too.

If your face gets too red, wash it with cold water. The stuff has likely already helped you as much as it will by that point. Sniffing the tiger balm might open your sinuses further.
