  Looking for referrals for reliable workers to erect a 36 x 36 steel building including pouring cement? It needs to be done asap...only interested in people who show up, communicate, provide quality workmanship and keep deadlines. The situation is to the point of being urgent because it has been dragged out almost two months with basically no work completed despite promises week after week. We need it before September, but it will likely to be pushed back to later in the month when it should have been done by August. We have commitments that depend on getting this done, properly. Surely there is someone who want to work for about 10k.
