  There's a Asian food shop, mostly Korean, close to 3 Towers. Called Seoul Plaza. I'm not sure u will find fresh Thai Basil. But u will find a lot of international items.

  The Fresh food market was the only place I found Kaffir leaves, it has reopened but am not sure if it is still the same shops. Otherwise Seoul plaza is your best bet for the rest
