  Ok roast and toasters, I have a problem. Either my roof or my chimney (the one with a fireplace below it) is leaking into my upstairs bedrooms. I have damp in/on the drywall. So, I need someone who can come take a look and preferably fix whatever it is that is wrong with it. Who can you all recommend? Preferably someone who is going to deal with me honestly? Its not an emergency so i'm not looking for any emergency call-outs.
