  It's a haul...but had I not gotten into Accorde...I was planning to go to my Ortho's son, Dr. Brad Pearson: http://www.pearsonorthodontics.com/Office-Info/Meet-Dr.-Pearson.aspx He's amazing and I've seen him a few times with my lower permanent retainer, my removable retainer, etc. I'd totally drive for him.
