  So, TCPUD and TDRPD do not have their summer classes up yet - probably another month, but they both have great and affordable camps for kids. Woodward Tahoe is pricy, but kids love it: http://www.woodwardtahoe.com Also, Kindred Art and Folk Institute offers art classes: http://www.kindredtruckee.org I believe Incline also has summer day camps, and of course the Boys and Girls Club in Kings Beach offers a summer program. Give it about a month or so and more information will be available.

  Woodward Tahoe, Truckee Donner Parks and Rec, Tahoe City PUD parks and Rec. all have great day summer camps. May be too early to inquire, though.
