  Karen Florek Williamson, you can also try Jim Simons (586) 306-3467. Jim has been one of my Home Inspectors for about 10 years and that is his main line of work. However, he is a licensed electrician and he does side jobs and I've had good feedback when I've referred him out. Wish I could get either guy to my networking meeting but they're so busy it's tough.
