EP Personal Training Options One on One: This session is individualised to you and your specific goals.
Two on One: Lack motivation and want to train with a partner? This will give you some support and motivation to get out of bed on those lazy days. We can still tailor these programs to your individual goals.
Group Personal Training: If you are happy to share your training and have 2-3 friends we will do a small group training session for you. This works better on for people on a budget and is very motivating to be surrounded by other people.

HYDROTHERAPY Hydrotherapy is the use of heated water for rehabilitation purposes. The higher temperature of the water promotes muscle relaxation, limits compressive forces of land based exercises, and the buoyancy provides a partial – non weight bearing environment.

If you are eligible for clinically necessary treatment as referred from your GP you may access Exercise Physiology services. The form required from your GP is a D904.
