  Like Gal Avishid said, cafe de klos Amsterdam is without a doubt one of the best in the Netherlands. I'm a ribs lover myself and have gone to plenty of places, none can compare to cafe de klos. In The Hague I would go for taveerne de resident (http://www.deresident.nl/) behind Hotel des Indes or Flavors (http://www.flavorsdenhaag.nl/) located at the frederik hendriklaan.
