  We collaborate with two local companies: http://vineyardchic.com/ , and http://www.dowlingdesigns.com/. We help with the aesthetics: lighting, backsplash, furnishings, window treatments, and they do the structural stuff. It's a good one-two combo, since designers don't like to knock out walls, and contrctors usually like to help with fabrics, etc! Here's a simple one from St. Charles..pm me for more!
